On March 20 the CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) discontinued offering bitcoin futures products. As the CBOE was the first exchange to actually launch a bitcoin futures product (within one week of the 2017 top) this marks a low in sentiment and potentially a time-based bottom of the current bitcoin bear market.
